2010/11 Registration Policies

1.    All league fees must be paid in full by August 15th, 2009.  The player WILL NOT be considered registered and WILL NOT be placed on a team until all fees are paid and all paperwork has been received.  Paperwork includes a signed registration form, and if applicable, a Player Release Form or copy of a birth certificate.

2.    NSF cheques will be charged a levy of $25

3.    NSF cheques and an outstanding balance owing and or outstanding paperwork will see the player put on the waiting list for a period of 10 (ten) business days.  If the balance owing and or paperwork have not been received by the end of the 10-day period, the held spot will be forfeited and given to the next available player on the waiting list who has their fees paid and paperwork completed.

4.    Players will be placed in a Houseleague Division according to their age group and then onto teams to a maximum of 16 players per team following team selection and the draft.  Please refer to our “Playing Up Policy” for those who wish to play in the division above.

5.    Registration for the season will close on October 25, 2010.
